PUNCTUALITY POLICY

I strive to be on time for each and every guest. If I am running significantly behind, I will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time. Any guest arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or alter their service so as not to impact the timing of other scheduled appointments.

CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALS POLICY

Clients who do not call, do not show up, or forget appointments will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the missed service total before their next appointment can be booked. I understand that emergencies can arise, and in those rare cases, I will handle each situation on a case-by-case basis.

ILLNESS POLICY

If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. I will do my best to get you in as soon as possible. If you arrive sick and have not rescheduled in advance, you may be asked to reschedule at your appointment time. I have clients with compromised immune systems, and lingering illness can be very dangerous for them. Unfortunately, being self-employed also means I do not have sick or vacation days to recover. When I have to cancel due to illness, it affects many clients who must then be rescheduled. In this case, sharing is not caring, please don’t spread your germs.
